How can one manage unserious buyers? i have had several cases where buyers would make an order and when order is shipped to customers, they start giving excuses of not been around....some will refuse picking up their calls...... this is very bad and i don't know how to manage such cases

Hello David, We are currently working on a method that will help us identify serious buyers and less serious buyers on Konga Mall based on their purchasing history, this will ensure only serious transactions are made to your store, which will in turn reduce returns and high cancellation rates. We would advice you send us an email with the affected order numbers to assist in cancelling such orders.

yeaa u jst so right. bt som expect it few days after order, and some ple delay a week b4 shipment. after dat u miss evry cos they travel a lot. some are jst naturaly unserious, jst feel lik browsing and ordrering wtout financial back up. de worst is lik de returns comes so late. some like 4 months, i dnt kno if they travel 2 mars b4 coming bak.sooo bad.

I think konga should take this matter of unserious buyers very seriously. Some buyers are taking advantage of POD to make fun of the market place, some use fake phone numbers and incomplete addresses and even non existing email addresses. Please konga should find a way of verifying phone numbers and addresses before buyers should be allowed to place order. Just this week I will have to cancel five orders placed on my store because buyers addresses are incomplete, tried calling but their numbers are not connecting at all much less switched off. These non-serious buyers are really causing negative impact on my store. I think konga is not suppose to hold non-serious buyers cancelled orders against my store as it was not my fault orders were cancelled.
