Konga goes ahead to suspend or reduce store ratings when orders are canceled when all the fault is from the customer.
I've had lots if cases where all the faults were from the buyers and I contacted konga and explained all that happened and requested a cancelation but konga went ahead to cancel the order, reduce my store ratings and my store is close to being suspended. This is totally wrong and unfair.
What can I do?

Cancellations that are from the customers do not count against you or reduce your store ratings. Continue to send emails to email@example.com requesting for cancellations and stating the reasons why so your store does not get suspended.
