    Does anyone know how to view the feedback given by customers. 
    
    I ask, because we recently received feedback and are unable to view it or make comments to what has been said.  Has anyone else experienced this or are we not doing what we are supposed to do in the right way. 
    
    Also, when customers give negative feedback there is no recourse for comments from the merchants. This is not helpful because these comments affect our ratings on the platform and are influencers to others seeking to purchase items from your store.

    @Eucharia thanks but not sure its working for me. First, when we press the "view feed back" button we get an instant error on the page so I think it has a glitch and konga techy people have to sort it out.

    Iheoma,Its on the right side of the page, where there is the 'chat to seller', click on ratings to see the entire comments on your store products. You will not be unable to make comments,  as reviews are for customers, 
    
    I see both negative and positive feedback /reviews as part of business, its a chance to know which products you should keep selling, improve on your customer service, and in turn make your customers happy.
