  • Temporary Delay in Kongapay Payout

    Dear Partner,
    
    We are aware some merchants are yet to receive their kongapay payout, this is as a result of a technical issue currently being experienced.
    
    Please be rest assured that this issue is being fixed and all pending payment will be credited into merchants kongapay account on or before Friday 24th March 2017.
    
    We apologise for all inconveniences this might have caused you.

    Please I made a complain about not receiving my money. Till now no positive news. I have called customer service and till now I have not yet received anything. It seems like the Konga pay has one too many flaws

    Please I received a mail saying that my money has been transferred from my Konga pay account to my bank account on Friday, around 1am. Up until now I have not received any alert.

    I successfully registered on Konga pay five days ago and up til now ,Konga is holding on to my money. I have called the customer care line times without number and yet nothing has been done.

    @Teju, i have sent the mail to mall as requested to discuss other payment method in order to get my fund. I got a response Today at about 8.34am that my mail has been forwarded to the appropriate team and i would be contacted shortly. The day is gone already and not even a missed calls from Konga. Please instead of waiting for them. i would kindly come to your office if this will resolve this. is getting so difficult by the day fulfilling order.

    Please has anyone received their payout? ! Cuz I haven't and it is beginning to disturb my business. I feel like I need to put my store on vacation, the payment method is already slow, we absolutely don't need this extra delay.

      I don't understand what;s happening. My konga pay account was suspended since 3 weeks ago and have been lodging the complain ever since and its yet to be resolved. I have made calls and sent mails to konga pay and konga mall they keep saying in 24 hours. Their 24 hours never ends.
      My funds are hanging in the wallet and have not received any payment which is beginning to take effects on my business , as money is needed to sustain  it.
      This is not good at all. Please do something.

    Thank you very much @Teju, this is absolutely a great way forward because i was about losing total  faith in konga and possibly putting my store on vacation. Please kindly be informed that my phone number still remain the same and i have sent additional contact details to mall to enable you reach. i will be awaiting your swift resolution within the next 24hrs.
