Suspension of store without renewal of monthly subscription

Hello Konga Rep,
I am getting a notification of suspension of store if I do not renew my monthly subscription. Is it now compulsory to pay a subscription?. what happened to the bronze deal? After paying large commission fees and buying exorbitant packaging materials from KOS store, I really do not think this is fair to vendors with an high rate of returns to pay a compulsory monthly fee.
Personally I believe most people visit Jumia because same items are cheaper there, so it is really also a big loss to the Konga marketplace as a whole and affects us all. Kindly create a physical forum for vendors where these matters will be dealt with. And kindly consider all tendered issues.
