    I was suspended late last year because a customer complained about my item. Kong did not hear my side before suspending my store. I called the customer to know what the issue was but she was very nasty. I didn't get the money for the item and the item itself was not returned.  And resolution to the issue I wasn't informed all I know is that I was re listed after many weeks of emails to KongA.  At that time my store had sold over 100 items which were successfully delivered.  Kong a has very poor seller service. They only care about customers.
