  • suspended store due to an outstanding invoice

    My store was suspended due to an outstanding invoice, however i have long paid for the invoice and my store remained suspended, I have also sent 2 emails to ordercontinuity@konga.com still no respond. I called the help desk, she said sh has lifted the suspension but as at today my store remain suspended.
    Kindly intervene.
