I have registered my store on Konga, I have sent my ID as requested, go through the merchant assessment form and also taken the assessment test and scored the required points. I have realized that the online store still remain unchanged like nothing was done (still can't list products). I have sent mails to email@example.com so as to know the situation of the store and what I need to do to make it fully functional but no response ever since.
Kindly advise on what I should do in this regard.
