    Dear Sellers,                                                                    	
    
    Here are some important need-to-know details that we consider vital to the success of your store: 
    
    1) Orders with cancellation requests from buyers who are unable to cancel such orders should be sent to mall@konga.com. Please note that auto cancelled orders will impact negatively on your store performance hence endeavor to send in cancellation requests on time
      
    2) With the recently updated Order Life cycle, note that only orders that are to be self-fulfilled should be marked as shipped by you. All orders shipped through K-Express will be updated by K-Express representatives at the drop off center receiving such orders 
    
    3) We encourage you to ship orders on time as low shipping rates will lead to poor store performance 
    
    4) Update your inventory regularly. We also advise that only 50% percent of your total stock should be made available on Konga if you sell your products through other channels. This is to avoid cancellations as a result of sold-out items.
