    Hi i received an email that my E wallet was credited  after I cancelled an order. I didn't see any money when I checked my E wallet.what should I do because I want to transfer it to my account

    Please note the forum is not a first point resolution channel. You are advised to channel complaints to help@konga.com if you are a buyer. If you are a seller, please channel through mall@konga.com.
    
    For the resolution of your unrefunded wallet, please send an email to help@konga.com. Also include the cancelled order number for proper investigation.
