    In a situation whereby the item was shipped but not delivered due to buyers cancelling the order or returned what do we do?

    Hello Chika
    
    To mark an order as delivered, you must have previously marked the order as shipped by self ( The Order MUST be a Self fulfillment Order)
    
    Once the order has been shipped by self and delivery confirmed by contacting customer , log in to your SHQ and go to Manage Orders , scroll to shipped orders and click order delivered.
