  • SOS!!! Returned items more than Delivered Ones

    Fellow merchants,
    Sincerely I don't know if this is happening to only me and my store. I have been shipping items since March ending and most of them, when tracked, are reading Arrival scan (return). 
    All my running around to ship out with 24 hours all ending in returns. I have had to call most of the customers who either say, they weren't contacted by any dispatch.
    How or Where do I pick up all these returned items?  Someone please say something.

    @martin, the items will be returned to you by KExpress.  You can improve chances of delivery by also contacting customers to let them know that items are on their way.  Do not lose hope.  On average most orders shipped out are delivered.
