This has been going on for a while now, the prices on my sellerhq dashboard is totally different from the one on my store(konga.com/trafficjunkie) whenever i pause an item once i enable it it becomes impossible for it to appear again on the site, sometimes items just disappear from my store when i refer customers to place orders. I ship my orders immediately but i still get this rating which i really haven't seen what its based on. It is not so nice

Prices on your dashboard should normally tally with what you have on the Front End. Where there is a descripancy, it is as a result of a system delay. We are looking at a permanent solution for issues related to product updates.
We will look into the issue of your store rating, the algorithm for rating is applied to all shops on the platform.
