I had an order from PH, but the issue now is about shipping. With what am seeing in my dashboard here, is like I was the one that have to Ship the product myself. Reason am saying this include:
1. When the order came in, before, Konga will ask me to accept the Order, but now there was nothing of such, They just ask me to click on Ship and which I did and Included the shippers address. The printout now indicated that I have to ship the product myself and I have no way. Please Help....

As earlier communicated,
When an order is received, you are only required to update shipping when you want to self deliver.
If you would prefer to ship via K-express, all that is needed is to drop off at the nearest k-express center, within 48 hours , K-express will be responsible for shipping and updating your order as shipped.
At this point, You will be unable to change the delivery carrier , as you have chosen the self fulfil option, may i suggest you ship this order via our 3rd party logistics ,find details below
