I have an item selling for N2,500, but when some customers order with a shipping charge of $1000, what i see in the grand total is N1,500 instead of N3,500. Please why is that?

Good day Konga and thanks for providing a selling platform. This is confusing I had an order of #6000 and no cost of shipping was indicated in the order but am surprised to find out that #1000 cost of shipping was removed from my real cost of sales. Please Konga, I need clarification on this. Please, this happened before the coupon started. Thanks

I don't think this is about the coupon. I have an item that was sold to the buyer as free shipping by Konga but shipping fee of N1000 has been deducted from my account by Konga. I never marked orders to Abuja as free shipping in my store.

We will need to see your order number but here is a stab of whats happening Your Item = 2500 + Shipping = 1000 Total = 3500 - Konga Promotional Coupon = 2000 Due from customer = 1500 We recently ran a marketplace wide promotion with coupons to specific customers and you will be reimbursed for this by Konga. see more details here http://community.konga.com/thread/n2000-discount-on-my-order

It might be that the buyer used a coupon! Try and call the seller if he /she used a coupon when checking out. But,konga,I think seller should have a way of knowing when a buyer used a coupon.
