I spoke with a buyer to know why she returned her order. Her major concern was that Konga charged her N1500 each for every item she ordered which, according to her, was unreasonable. She then cancelled all her orders and shopped on another online mall.
This buyer was the second person that has complained about exorbitant shipping charges on Konga, relative to other online malls. Why it is understandable that buyers pick items from different sellers on the mall, I recommend that Konga give shipping discount for people buying more items so as to encourage multiple purchases at a time and avoid losing buyers to your competitors.
