    Hello,
Suggesting if konga is implementing this payment of shipping orders on merchant, then payment on delivery for merchant goods is cancelled, because if a merchant pays for shipping and the product is returned, merchant will be running at loss. But when payment is done online before shipping , at point of return shipping fee is deducted before refund is made like it's done in the western world so konga doesn't run at loss likewise merchant. Thanks

@kunle, when customers pay for orders online such senerio won't happen because they know they will be at lost if they are unavailable and will want to be avaliable.customers might be unavailable because they have nothing to loose, some intentionally ignore courier calls . if they not available after placing orders and we the merchant can't be paying our money for such irresponsible act by a customer and when they want refund, shipping is deducted. After such experience a customer will take a placed order seriously.

@Jessica, would this apply to a scenario where the Carrier is unable to contact the customer after three attempts?
