    Hello people, please has anyone ever gotten a reply from the email above? KONGA keeps telling merchants to escalate issues there, but I have never gotten a response.

    You should check your junk/spam folder, because I sent a mail on 2nd February

    Please If you have sent other emails to sellerservices@konga.com and they have not been treated or you received no response, kindly re-forward to the same email and also put in copy mall@konga.com.

    If you have sent a mail to sellerservices@konga.com and you do not receive a response, kindly re-forward to the same email and also put in copy mall@konga.com. Mails sent to that address are responded to within 12 hours. Mails sent anytime from 5pm are responded to the following day.
