  • Selffill balance not credited in my wallet

    I sold a product which the buyer pay half of the money on Konga,  that he will pay the remaining balance to Konga once it is delivered to him..he has receive the product and he as payed in the remaining balance on Konga. But it is not showing in my wallet what is showing is the previous payment he made wen he order the product. what do I do to get my remaining balance.

    please still dnt get what am saying the amount in my wallet now is the half payment of the order payed by the buyer not the full amount..

    Hello Okhakhayo,
    When a self fulfilled order is confirmed delivered from the customer, full payment is transferred to your escrow account, after the RETURN policy on the product has elapsed, funds move your wallet where you can initiate a payout. 
    Also note, if you are registered on KongaPay, payment is reverted directly to you personal account from Escrow.
    
    An invoice will be issued to you on the anniversary date of your store for payment of commissions to Konga as this is a self-fulfillorder.
    
    If after the stipulated time you are yet to receive payment, kindly send an email to mall@konga.com stating the order number the necessary units will look into your request.
