  • Self fulfil delivery and invoice issue

    I sometimes self fulfil my orders but I noticed that commission invoices were not raised for four orders I delivered myself(POD orders actually ). This prompted Konga to deduct the fee from my wallet. If there was no money in my wallet I'm sure my store would have been suspended.  I couldn't pay because the system did not raise invoice.
    Please I have self fulfil a POD order today, kindly look into this so that the invoice could be raised and I can pay using my debit card,  or better still provide an alternative means of payment that does not involve invoice. I do not want my store suspended as a result of non payment.Thank you
