    Pls,konga team,
    I tried to get intpouch with some of customers today ,in order to submit a review on their purchases,but to my surprise the review are not showing even ok be claimed she has don the review before now,but am chagrin that its not showing on my store and it won't be of professional of me to be disturbing customers on review, when their post won't reflect.
    Pls,does review go through any approval before it can show on my store?
    Pls,does it have any confirmation that will be send either to me or the buyer       to know if their review is successful?
    Pls,review means a lot to me,and that is I why spend extra to call and monitor my customers to know how happy they are with my products,pls my extra efforts and calls cost and confidence building on my store should not throw to the mud because of techinal issues.
    Pls,give detailed response to all my questions

    Pls,kindly let me know when I can ask my customers to give feed back, and also will there be any notification for the feedback either to customers or merchant?
