Does konga charge(shipping) seller for returned item by customer?

Konga will not charge a merchant for a returned item by customer. However in a scenario where there is a dispute on the order, and the customer has requested a return either due to counterfeit or substandard reasons.
You will be required to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call our customer care line 01-4605555 for further instructions on how to go about a replacement or return process of this item.
