    i have had some returned goods with no explanation at all... the last returned goods i got, i personally called the customer and she said no one called or tried to reach her and she was still waiting for the delivery; meanwhile the goods were already returned to me. 
    I believe that drivers who do delivery should also be sanctioned for any returned goods with no cogent explanation.
