    It is with sadness that I'm writing this.To be on a return order for 3months! The way konga treats sellers is very unfair. The problem with this return order started when it was taken to the wrong sorting centre and I sent a mail immediately. I was promised it will be taken to Ajao sorting centre. This never happened, rather it stayed at the warehouse. 
    
    Later I had to send several mails but they kept telling me to be patient, that it would be taken to Ajao. Then last week I got a mail that I should come pick it up at the warehouse in Ogba. That they are sorry for any inconvenience. 
    
    Today I was at the warehouse in Ogba, only to be told that I  can not get return item there, that it will be to my sorting centre. 
    
    Please why do I have to go through so much for 3months just to get one return item? This is contrary to what Konga promised merchants. Since we started paying dues on Konga, most merchants can attest to reduced satisfactory service from Konga.
    
    LET ME STATE CATEGORICALLY THAT I'M NOT GOING BACK TO THE WAREHOUSE TO PICK UP THIS ITEM. IT IS EITHER KONGA REFUNDS ME OR THE ITEM IS TAKEN TO MY SELECTED SORTING CENTRE .
