  • Reset of already set shipping rates.

    Hello Konga,
    I set my delivery rates to match only Konga and DHL because the places  K -Express won't go to, DHL is ever willing to. I logged in this morning and noticed that even after setting it to suit what I want, Konga had reset it back to their default delivery amount and the POD box is not there anymore. Meanwhile, on monday, when I was setting these delivery charges, I opted for prepaid only for all the locations I chose, but on my store, www.konga.com/beedazzled,  it is still saying accepts POD. I will not send any shipment to anyone that won't pay first biko! I can't shout.
