    Hello Team,
    
    A Product of mine was rejected since February and I'm yet to get it. Sent a mail to [email protected] but the response i got was not encouraging at all. The most annoying part is that someoneelse is ready to pick up the product.
    
    Store name: Tilda Designs.

    @Yinka Apologies, in this regard once the order gets to our warehouse we process for it to be returned back to the merchant, we would look into your returned orders immediately and get back to you with a date on when you would receive them.

    I think Yinka is referring to an "Ongoing Return" item that is yet to be returned to her

    i'm referring to shipped products. how long does it take for a rejected product to get back to seller??????????

    @Yinka apologies on this, can you please state further the particular product as there are quite a few rejected listings in your store. Products would be accepted once they meet the specified requirements (ie 500X500 in resolution, Plain background, Single image per product)
