    Hello, When attempting to register for KongaPay, I keep getting an error message: "One or more of your banking details are incorrect. Please edit your details." I assume all the banks listed in the dropdown are valid. I tried my Union Bank and GTBank accounts, and in both cases I got the error message even though I checked my details very carefully. Thank you.

    It was eventually resolved. I think the issue was that the reviewer or system did not accept the business location address because it didn't have a street number and we had to change it to a different unrelated address with a street number before the process could be completed. Not an ideal solution, as far as I was concerned, though.

    Hello Dauda, how was the issue resolved? I'm experiencing the same issue. I've tried and tried a million times! And my details were all correct. I sent various mails with screenshots to Kongamall, I've not gotten any solution from them aside ' reconfirm your details from your bank'
    I know it's a technical issue on Konga 's part but I doubt anything is being done about it.

    Hi,  I realized I can't view the 'Konga Pay' option on my dashboard again.  Kindly assist with this.
