Selling on Konga Created 3 years ago | Updated 3 years ago

My store is relatively new on Konga. With my experience with selling online, I got all my products approved at first trial.
It is rather unfortunate that when you visit my store or search for my products, you will see the product names but the images are missing. Store link is www.konga.com/gorgeously-vara.
    My observations are
    1. Out of 29 approved products, only 20 are accessible from the store.
    2. Out of the 20 accessible products, only 6 products have their images displayed
    3. The 6 fully displayed products were not approved at the same time (approval time factor ruled out)
    4. I have waited for 3 good days after the approval to see if the images will come up but it's all negative (you can see the product names but images are MIA)
    5. I am beginning to wonder if the Konga system is not real-time or could it be that it takes more than 3 days for product images to come up after approval.
    6. My question are "Is this problem general or peculiar to my store?" , "On the average, how many days does it take the Konga system to update approvals and display product images?" and "What are the causes of missing product images?"

    Gracias!

    Hi Tolulope,

This is probably a technical problem.
Sending an email to [email protected] with your store name and the affected products included therein is a good way to tackle these issues.
This has helped me in the past.
