    I tried to upload some new products since last week Saturday and up until now it's still being reviewed.. Please I also sent a mail for ad and no response till now... Are you guys shutting down? I also have a customer that is yet to receive her return money. Please could you help me address all these matters

    Afternoon my fellow sellers, Konga is up and running. Let us all be patient, it takes time when restructuriing it’s taking place in a company.

    Good day, please i really need assistance regarding uploading of product in d seller HQ, I have problems uploading my products. Please is there any Whatsapp contact of an instructor that can assist me. I ll be glad if my issue is given attention thanks.

    Please address the problem of the payment for the return... I don't rest, she keeps calling and shouting at me. Please I'm fed up with her calls. Maybe she will calm down if you guys call her. It's been over 3 weeks... Please

    Note we are currently not running adverts. Once we begin to do so, you will be notified.
    
    Konga is however not shutting down. The business is however adjusting its operations and as such, you may experience some few glitches regarding product approval.
    
    We implore that you exercise patience. Kindly advise customer with pending refund to send an email to help@konga.com for a swift resolution.

    70% of their workforce was sacked the other day. this is one of the aftereffects.
