I want to bring to Konga attention that issuing POS to their drivers would be an advantage to us sellers. A Point of Sales (POS) Terminal is a machine used to accept cards for payment of goods and services. One of my order was rejected because customer didn't have cash but a bank card. I would also want Konga not to use the word rejected for seller returned items. This word discourage sellers effort.

That word 'Rejected' brings up a vision of a scowling buyer, violently flinging away the product - back into the blue Konga van....when in fact, the reasons are more variable and far-fetched than the waters in our village konga...er...well.
