Compliments of the Season my Esteemed Buyers! Hope you are having a Beautiful Holiday.
Please this is a plea for us to reduce order cancellations and returns as it is a loss for konga courier that carries it to and fro and to us the sellers.
If you are to be in our shoes you won't want to take an item to the drop off centre and get back to pick it days after with no one bearing the TF cost.
Let us take time to source for the right item to buy, chat or call the sellers on the phone numbers provided if in doubt so as to reduce cancellation and returns. Just a plea.
    Thank you.

Also the delay in returns is just too much. I've had orders that don't get back to me for 4-6weeks. When I could have sold them.

Hello Sellers, the problem is not just unserious buyers but also Kexpress. I always make and keep contact with my buyers. Buyers have told me they were never contacted by Kexpress, secondly if they reschedule delivery or not around, Kexpress doesn't show up again. Next thing buyer and seller gets cancellation/failed delivery notice.
I've had a situation where same buyer from Konga ordered same item from my store on another platform, I almost did not want to ship the order cos I thought she's an unserious buyer. But when I called, she told me Kexpress never contacted her and she was happy when she found the same item on the other platform. Konga should work on Kexpress dispatch team. I would suggest Konga allows sellers the option of selecting 'prepaid' and 'pay on delivery', when listing products. That way I think we will be able to cut down the unserious buyers and the loss on both Konga and sellers part.

    Thank you.

Compliment of the season to all and a better prospect in 2016.
It very sad for buyer to ignore or switch off their contact number during delivery , the losses mentioned here are genuine, And sellers pls endeavor close contact with interested buyers as often as possible I guess the calling up of buyers @ delivery day is abit late keep the buyers awareness, communicate during transit via phone calls if possible.

Happy New year Everyone! there has been delay in getting my return orders. Are other sellers experiencing this or is it just me?
I'm at 45 return items and counting, I know some will say ' welcome to the club' and others 'WhAT?' but it's true.
I have many Successful transactions also but for a 3months old shop? It's Alarming, I have lost more than N25,000 for going to and fro the drop off for these items and can't calculate the loss Konga courier got from these but for sure no matter how subsidised their shipping cost is, they must have lost a lot of money and time.
Thus I plead with all of our Esteemed Buyer to make our 2016 a Successful Selling Year by not placing orders just for the FUN Of IT, not turning off your phones because it's Pay on Delivery, rejecting orders instead of rescheduling etc
Konga have put measures in place BUT without the buyers cooperation it won't be effective as human beings are good at finding a way around. Buyers kindly assist us, save us all the stress and time. Thank you.

To All Our Esteemed Buyers, Thank you so Far!
You are and will always be the reason for our selling successes.
Remain Wonderful, Happy New Year in advance

True talk @mariam sincerely this ideal of placing order by buyers when you know u dont actually need the item you placed order for or the money to pay for it should be stopped as this has actually affected my store greatlly to the point of suspension. I ship an item to a buyer in Ibadan only for me to call the person shipping the item and he told me the person he is deliver to switch off his phone. When i finally call the person he said he doesnt have the money to pay. That is bad as i have to cancel the order before konga charge me for it and my store was suspended for it. Please buyers lets stop this act as is telling on sellers
