    To whom it may concern...
Please I think it will be of benefit to Konga and merchants if we can be guided on packaging of our goods.
I received the most embarrassing experience today at kos Ajao, where I had wanted to ship a mattress bed.
I have always been using bubble wrap at other location ,but on getting to Ajao location today,I was told they can not give bubble wrap nor Konga nylon to wrap it because to them its a waste of packaging materials.
I was told they can not accept it unless I wrap it with this cabbage/bin nylon in rolls,I had to go to back to oshodi market to buy this,on getting back from oshodi,I was also informed they don't have Cello tape for merchant to use.I had to go and find where to buy tape again.
I single handedly managed to wrapped 6x10" mattress with a tore cabbage nylon without assistance, too horrible experience honestly.
About 4:43pm this evening, I received a call from that center that the driver refused to pick the mattress because it was not well wrapped.
How can it be well wrapped when I have to start tearing cabbage nylon to wrap.
Other centres gives out bubble wrap to wrapped this item any time I take it down there, but Ajao kos officer was of the fear that if their boss in kos office who happens to be their franchise should see it ,they will be questioned.
Please, for this not to repeat itself,I will be glad if a guideline can be explain here so that merchants can know what to do .
    Thanks
