    Hi KongaTeam,
    Can we get a location to pick up returns?It can be an option instead of the regular waiting for a dispatch to return orders back to merchants.Returns take as long as 4 to 5 weeks..Bureaucracy always takes time to sort it out.Most times these products are hot sales and holding them up for long not good for business.
    I am currently having this challenge.

    why can't it be dropped at the drop-off point for a maximum of 48 hours before being sent back. Waiting 2 months for returns is really really frustrating.

    A quick suggestion. Is it possible that returned items be sent back directly to the point of shipping so merchant can go pick it up with a copy of the waybill and after 48 hours if the merchant does not come pick his or her item then such item can be taken or rather sent to your central returns units ? With this, return time will be greatly reduced.

    If it is a complaint by the customer  and we cant resolve it, we will inform the merchant about the complaint and the merchant is given 24-48 hrs to contact the customer after which we authorize a return. The customer is to drop off the returned item to any of our drop off centers, we send back to central returns units for it to be sorted then shipped back to the merchant. 
    
    Since the good has been processed for shipping and the customer has cancelled all you need to do is send an email to [email protected] to halt the shipping of the goods to the customer the order will be returned to you but the turn around of the item will be determined by how far the shipment has gone.

    @ Lawal, can you kindly explain in plain language and in detail how you would resolve a return and what role the merchant will play. This is after a mail has been sent to our snail speed "[email protected]? I don't think returning a good should take forever.
    
    b. In the case where a customer did not even receive the good. I mean after shipping, a call was put across to the customer that his good are on the way and he says he no longer requires the good. Is this also treated as a return good or will the good still reside at the point of shipping?

    I thought the goods should be in the konga warehouse once returned.we would gladly come and pick them up, at least before all these new courier services start
