  • Persistent issue of excess shipping charges

    Most sellers on konga should be familiar with this occurrence. My store has 3 of this case just last month and another 2 already this month. 
    
    Konga charges the customer a lesser shipping fee and when the order is delivered charges a greater sum, the difference in the shipping fee is thus removed from the proceed of that order.
    
    It baffles me that Konga payment system does not make the error of  paying seller the excess shipping charges (not even by mistake) when the customer pays more shipping fee than the actual shipping charge, but the same payment system persistently removes excess shipping charges from seller's sales proceed. It's high time this bug or whatever is responsible for this be solved permanently.   
    
    It's very stressful having to complain everytime this happens and waiting for weeks, sometimes months  to get the refund.

    Issue is still on-going and I will have expect Konga to have sort this out by now. It is very frustrating for you to be sending mails upon mails over same issues.

    This issue is still unresolved. Instead I have been charged excess shipping fee for another order.

    I also had a similar issue abt few weeks ago. Though, it has been resolved & refund has been made. 
    Konga should try as much as possible to encourage us (merchants) to keep us on their platform. If the system needs overhauling they should please do it. It's very disheartening that, after complaining you will have to wait for a long time. Some times, you have to call them - thus, increasing our overhead cost. 
    PLEASE, KONGA HELP US TO REDUCE OUR LOSSES ooo!

    i feel you. i get same issues all the time and i am tired of complaining. i have resign to faith and luck. i actually wish this could be permanently resolved thou. the most painful is having a negative balance. ie complete loss of item and paying to loss the item again. i get that a lot. imagine the customer being charged 1k and the merchant being charged 3500 - very painful.
