  • Payouts: Recent Delays In Crediting Accounts

    I made a payout request on 8th and 10th March and have not been credited. It"s the first time for me, but with my colleagues on the mall have experienced this a few times though. This is not good. Please do more as we need these payouts to restock and fulfill new orders.

    It's not nice actually  made payout for over a week now and I have not been credited after been told 1 to 3 working days. Is this how it is? this my first time and my store is empty I can't restock. Konga has gotten their percentage from my store. Why can't I get mine. Called customer care endless n sent mails.please look into this as I was informed konga paY's on Tuesdays n Thursdays.Thanks

    You made yours on the 8th. I made mine on the 4th today is 16th i havent gotten my money.

    I made a payout since on the 23rd of February and 24th of February....  Today is 13th of March and I have not been paid I have called customer care more than 50th message yet no solution or help coming all am getting is I will forward your complain to the finance department....  I have sent countless emails to mall@konga.com.....  They will never reply, they just ignore....  But the same email address would be used to send me ads and promotional messages.....  Please do something about this soonest before I decide to close down my store.....  Kaymu and jumia are not like this...

    I earnestly pray so @Bret Eastson ...Because I've got to call the customer care before my payouts are made. Now, I request for payouts i need in a week and half today.

    @David. We are working on a new/revolutionary system in partnership with Nigerian banks that will put full control of INSTANTANEOUS payouts in your hands. We expect roll out sometime in April.
