    Hello admin,
Since the self fulfil was launched I thought the idea behind it was for sellers to have absolute control over delivery of their goods. What I'm not quite comfortable with is the fact that the payment on delivery option has now been made almost compulsory. Have you people considered the sellers in this? What if we send goods and no feedback from the customer

If buyer ratings are introduced, can a seller choose not to sell to an 'unfavourable buyer' without penalty, or if a buyer changes his mind, can the seller cancel the order without it being counted against him

    Hello Oloseigbuan

You are required as a seller to offer POD across all Nigerian states. If you do not wish to offer POD in some cities and states, you have the option of removing that city/state from your delivery options.

We are also introducing buyer ratings very soon, and this will enable you to view your buyer's profile once an order is placed. You can also consider contacting your buyers before shipping to confirm whether they are still interested in your products.

Howdy, Stranger!
