    Konga unprofessional-ism, its causing my  business to suffer lately.  Its only on Konga platform that commission will be charged from the merchant and at the same time they also share from the merchant sales proceed its really amazing.
    
    Please i demand that all my sales proceed which you have refused to remit since 26/2/2018 to be credited to my account ASAP together with the excess charges stated on my mail with immediate effect. i do not appreciate further delay on these.
