  • Orders not dropping on sellerHQ

    So i guess this is the only way to reach out to you guys. Phone lines are engaging and mails r not treated. 
    A seller messaged me on WhatsApp for a product, I told her to go ahead and place the order on konga which she did.  Then she sent me a screenshot of the order placed from my  store (with my store name boldly written). 
    Till this moment the said order has not dropped on my seller platform. I have called konga support lines endlessly and it keeps engaging and no response to the email sent. 
    I want to know if this is a technical issue or orders are been diverted.

    Kindly avoid sharing store related information on the forum for security reasons.

    Konga I am tired of receiving calls from customer that placed orders from my store. These orders are not dropping on my platform. You keep saying technical issue in your emails to me.
