  • Order returned from Surulere Drop-off Point

    For two consecutive days, my assistant has been sent back from the Surulere drop-off point when she attempted to drop off an order.  First the reason was server down.  Then it was that they couldn't guarantee shipping today.  I am surprised that Konga would return orders for these reasons.  I expect that the order would be collected and we can collect confirmation invoice or whatever on next visit.  This experience is likely to contribute to delivery delays, higher costs to sellers and unnecessary stress in continual failed drop-offs.  Please, can you kindly address this issue?

    @ Adegboyega,
    If you share the list of such orders, the customers can be contacted. If they are still interested, the orders can be placed again and subsequently dropped off for shipping.

    what about orders that have been cancelled or counted down to Zero @ Adetoro

    Apologies for the inconveniences in the last 2 days.
    K-Express experienced a few technological hitches. But I am glad to say it is all resolved now.
