    @ kemi, U can accept your order through the mail sent to your box or log on to shq.konga.com and accept the order. print your invoice and take your product to the nearest drop off center for shipping.

    Can someone please enlighten me how can cancellation affect my store ratings when most cancellations are from customers. After acceptance of new order you reach customer to confirm shipment, customer decline shipment definitely merchant won't ship that particular order then the said order turn to cancellation. How will konga rate shipped order that was returned? Is that the fault of merchant too?  What about customer that places 3 orders in a store and actually want one without shipping cost the remaining 2 orders will definitely move to cancel which will affect merchant rating. Rating should not be based on cancellation because there are many reasons for cancellation. Rating should be based on delivered and returned orders Thanks.

    @Atinuke, you now need to ship the order to the customer.  Take the items to your nearest KExpress location.  You will be able to track the order on track.konga.com.  Once the items have been delivered and any applicable return period has elapsed, then the sale proceeds will be transferred to your wallet.  You will be able to request a payout once the funds reflect in your wallet.

    Many thanks IfeyinwaIfeyinwa but what is the next step, I ship to the buyer or Konga does? Also I have been hearing of order delay delivery to buyers which used to lead to rejection of the ordered goods also, I heard of delay in payment to sellers on Konga.Pls share your experiences

    Also what is the next step after order acceptance, where should I drop the order, am I to ship or Kings, also I have been hearing of order delivery delay and even payment delay, has there been improvement? Pls share your experience.
