Dear Sellers,
As we stabilize our platform to give you a seamless trading experience, we would like to share with you recent updates on the SellerHQ:
1) For all Pay-On-Delivery orders delivered through other means other than K-Express -including other carriers of choice- Konga will NOT pay the merchant.
2) For Pre-paid orders, Konga will continue to pay the merchant (minus commissions) as we currently do for delivered orders.
3) Konga will still pay merchants for K-Express POD orders(minus commissions and K-Express rates) but only after confirming that the order is in K-Express successful delivery database.
4) Shipping by any other means (Self- delivery, DHL, CourierPlus, QUO, UPS, EMS, etc.) is considered 'Self-delivery'. This means non K-Express delivery is considered self-delivery.
