    Hello,
    I got an email notification that I have 5 days grace period to pay for my monthly subscription plan.I logged into my SHQ account to do just that.I went to SETTINGS But,there is  NO subscription tab on my SHQ account.This subscription tab should be activated on my SHQ so I can do the needful.I look forward to speedy resolution of this technical issue.

    I have about #20000 right now in my escrow.Is there a way that Konga can take #1000 from that escrow to pay for a silver subscription plan for my SHQ account?

    Hello Kene,
    The problem still persist.Thus,I would have to pay into Konga's FCMB bank account directly.However,I need to understand the description part of the bank pay-in.I am told to input STORE NAME/Monthly subscription number.
    The question is how do I get this monthly subscription number?

    Well,I have seen the SUBSCRIPTION TAB.
    I am trying to subscribe to the silver monthly subscription plan via my debit card payment .It is not going through.
    
    I am getting the error message below that there is a problem with the platform.
    
    Can Konga /Konga Pay look into this hitches as I have only few days grace period left.?
