I am a new seller in Konga, I just discovered that my store has no provision for payment on delivery. Customer from Aba that wanted to buy from the store called and inform me. I had called Konga helpline and i was asked to fix delivery charges which I omitted when i listed my products. I had already fixed delivery charges and and my store is still reading free delivery and payment on delivery is yet to be enabled. Can somebody please let me know how to resolve this.
