  • No notification for a cancellation,Item got turned down @ point of dispatch, 24hours after buyer cancelled

    dispatch logistics is pricey for those of us that also have 8-5 jobs, my dispatch guy charges for every trip, whether its accepted or not so i take extra care to reduce likelihood of my item not been turned down.
    my dispatch guy was turned down bc of an order that was cancelled by buyer since yesterday , i didnt get any form of notification of this cancellation from konga neither did i see this item under the "cancelled order" column. the item was just updated on the "cancelled order column few minutes ago after i had to pay for the order to be dispatched for shipping. Not updating the seller on updates from buyer costs sellers alot and konga should kindly do their best to control this kind of expensive oversights

    @chika, please send an email to mall@konga.com with the order number in question.  We'll investigate what happened.
