Now I am one person that used to rely on email alerts from Konga but has that been discontinued too? I get no alerts from Konga but I just logged into my seller panel to find out there have been orders that are about to be cancelled because I didn't accept them on time? Time says 0 days 0 minutes and seconds and i cant accept. Normally i receive alerts and forward it to my distributor without logging in to seller HQ. What is wrong?

The reasons why a seller might not get an email notification is as follows
1. Unsubscribed: If a Seller Unsubscribes from getting Konga mails
2. Customized email. The email of some sellers may be on our bounce list if the Merchants domain is unresponsive when the mails from Konga is sent.
3. Spam; Mails goes into spam box of the Seller
