I was at the Lekki centre this morning to drop off new orders that I intended to ship by K-Express.
I was surprised to be informed by the ladies there that they are presently not collecting orders.
When I enquired why, they said that was the instruction they were given.
When asked when they might start collecting orders, they said "No idea"

Can someone kindly clarify what is going on here?
It is safe to say that I am totally confused by this Self Fulfilment thing.

By the way, no attempt must be made to suspend my store if these orders are cancelled.
    Thank you.

    Hello all,
Apologies for the inconveniences in the last 2 days.
K-Express experienced a few technological hitches. But I am glad to say it is all resolved now.
Please walk into any of our locations listed http://www.konga.com/seller-dropoff and enjoy seamless services.
    Thank you

Hmmmm....this thing is not working. Had about 6 orders between Friday and Saturday and dropped them off yesterday at Ikota Complex drop off center but they all were still on 'Accepted' status till today. Now 5 of the orders have shipped and 1 is still showing status as 'Accepted' and counting down for me. And when the countdown is over, it will be cancelled and meanwhile it's been dropped off! Konga I hail una oh.

Maybe we even met at the Surulere drop off Adepeju. I was there for two consecutive days waiting in line for hours. I called my customers with pending orders and they decided to come to my physical shop to pick up instead. I'm not sure what to do now. I cannot cancel the order on Konga and there is no pick up option listed. If I let the 48 hrs expire, I get an unjustified cancellation that will adversely affect my store rating.

Definitely this new Self Fulfillment thing is causing problems. I was at the Surulere drop off point yesterday to drop off orders I got on Friday. After waiting for hours on end for the network to be back online (which it didn't), I left frustrated. I went back there today to meet a small crowd and for the first time, everyone was loudly talking about the frustrations of this new system. I was the fourth person to be attended to and everyone before me had been told 'their carrier could not be verified' or something to that effect, hence we couldn't process shipping. I met all three people before me at the drop off point the previous day and I met them again today. We can't deliver, we can't cancel these pending orders and when we ask the staff for help, they seem just as confused as we are. I had to call my customers with pending orders to please be patient with me as I was trying to figure out what to do next. Why is this happening? This isn't fair. Konga can't cancel orders and punish merchants for circumstances totally beyond their control.

Howdy, Stranger!
