    Several times, I have praised Konga for their communication process but today I have been let down. Apparently, the return process has changed as a Seller has to pick up from the nearest return point.
    
    Now this is sad as 
    1. There was no previous warning 
    2. Sellers with other jobs not close to their address were not considered
    3. Not all return points are drop off centers. So if I have to drop off, I would go to one address and then to another to pick returns. 
    
    This just doesn't seem right

    I think the best way about this drop off or return items should be that, any return items should be sent back to the drop off of the same item. For instance, if you ship your order via Allen ave ikeja station, then, the return of dis same order should go back there. It will make merchant to pick up there item easily, because while you are going to drop off your item, same time you are picking up a return item.

    Firstly, I do not believe that Konga will introduce a new process without letting the sellers know about it.
    Having items sent to initial drop off point may be complicated as you are not sure when the seller will pick it up and the drop off centers may not have all the storage space required. Konga can actually map out designated pick up centers and advise sellers of the locations. Having pick up centers at central locations will be more effective than delivery by Konga. You will have your item readily available when you visit as against the drop off courier not meeting you at home when they come, thereby requiring them to repeat the visit.

    Anyway I think this is better than to be spoon fed. Waiting for konga to bring you returned item to you house is totally unfair to konga. I have had to wait for months to receive my returned order when konga had a policy of dropping them off in my bedroom.
    
    Anyway thanks for this new more effective way to receive our returned item. Now what i want you to address is payment for returned items. Konga kindly let the cost go to the buyer and not the seller. When i self fulfill and the buyer comes up with unnecessary excuse for not collecting the item which he ordered and once it is no fault of ours, i ensure he pay my two way shipping and they gladly do. I am sure buyers who have changed their mind or spent the money on one emergency or the other would not mind paying for two way shipping.

    @ Horlah D I couldn't agree more. I just went to my usual drop off point, thinking that I could also pick up a returned item from there, only to be told that I had to pick it up from another K-Express location in the same area. 
    
    Konga, I am not happy with this. You should have informed us, beforehand that these changes would occur. Going up and down to various locations to pick up and drop off is not convenient for most people!! I think that returns should be picked up from the initial drop off point OR should be delivered to the seller's house/store.
