  • Network down at Ajao Drop Off Point

    There was network issues today at Ajao Estate Drop Off Point and they couldn't process any order.
    Pls, hope this won't affect the 48 hours limit we have to process an item after it has been accepted as it isn't a merchant's fault?

    Hello Seyi, When an order has been delivered successfully, The customer receives an email notification to confirm delivery, If the customer is unresponsive, the order is marked delivered automatically after a stipulated time frame.(72 hours)
    In the case when the order is ready for delivery and the customer is unresponsive after several attempts, messages and calls by both dispatch and Seller for a reschedule,
     The Seller can then contact Konga for necessary action,

    Please have a few questions
    
    1.) When we self -fulfill  an Order and it is succesfully delivered and paid for and we proceed to mark the item as "delivered" , a countdown clock begins tagged "Delivery Pending /wait for buyer to confirm" . Do we contact the customer to confirm delivery from their own Order tab from konga site or do we contact [email protected]'>[email protected] to help confirm Order Delivery from customer and then subsequently mark "delivered'' so it leaves the Shipped tab ?
    
    2.) In a case where we also self fulfill and the Customer is not reachable or no longer responding to calls upon getting to the provided delivery address after been informed order will be delivered at the specified/agreed date and time. Do we contact [email protected]'>[email protected] to also confirm non-responsiveness of customer thereby marking the item as 'Returned"?

    Hello Silas, Yes, You will have to mark the order as 'shipped', Then as 'delivered'.

    Apologies for the inconveniences in the last 2 days.
    K-Express experienced a few technological hitches. But I am glad to say it is all resolved now.
    Please be informed that not only our Ajao Estate Drop Off Point but all of our locations listed http://www.konga.com/seller-dropoff are running smoothly.

    @Ebere O,  what about if customers with pending orders decide to come to my physical shop to pick up instead. Do I mark the item as shipped?

    Network was down at the Lekki drop off point this afternoon. This means I have only tomorrow left to ship the order. For the 3rd party carriers, there's no information on where they are can be located. Also note, the delivery rates for Courier Plus was blank when I checked it out on my SHQ portal

    Hello All, We apologize for all inconveniences, Please bear with us at this time, While we fix these issues,
    Alternatively, You can use other 3rd party carriers to fulfill your orders (DHL, Courier Plus , EMS, UPS, QUO) or you can have the orders shipped to the customers personally.

    The issue is the same at Surulere Drop off. I was there yesterday to drop off an order made on Friday. Today again, I waited for 3 hours. I have a few hours left before the 48hr deadline is up.

    yes we are also affected,an order that was made last friday has still not been sorted at Ajao estate drop off point and we have less than 6hrs left according to the 48hr limit
