So a buyer ordered my smart watch then i called him to confirm if he was available, after the confirmation i decided to do the delivery myself because the buyer's location was not that far. So on my way still inside the bus i decided to call the buyer to confirm if his line was still available only to find out that the dude blocked my line on his iPhone so that i won't be able to call him. (I use an iPhone too so it was easy to detect when one blocks you from calling his/her line). Then i called the buyer using my other line when he picked and discovered it was I calling he aborted the call and blocked the second line i used in calling him. What can i do? I had to go back home and the worst part was i spent N3,000 altogether!. Konga, biko, please this POD of a thing makes room for unserious buyers. I can't take this anymore seriously!! This is so frustrating! Please help us we sellers, we are suffering!!!!

You're not alone on this o, only that mine was loss of money. It happened that I received an order from one lady in Ekiti. I decided to ship with Courier Plus for an Item i was selling for #2,000. I called the customer before shipping o and you won't believe that after a few days I tried calling the lady, she spake in a low voice and when i introduced myself, she cut the line and never picked my call again. She never did pick my call until I tried with my other line the next day and just gave me an excuse that she was told to come pick up the item somewhere. I was annoyed and went to Courier plus office the next Monday, only for them to put a call through and get a response that they tried calling the customer but she was not serious. She made me pay extra 40% of the shipping cost (#850) for them to return the item to me.

I am not suprised. It is not peculiar to Konga. I have had similar experience even on other platforms

Truly a very painful experience. I can relate with this. I got an order sometime ago from a customer here in Lagos and I decided to do self-fulfil. I called the customer as soon as I was close to Tinubu square (that was the address he used). I told him I was around and will call him in two minutes. Lo and behold, he didnt answer my subsequent calls. That was the last time I attempted to self-fulfil. That experience gave me a taste of what the k-express delivery guys are facing out there.
