my konga store was suspended bc i insisted that returned orders i shipped which was not picked up by the buyers due to some reasons must be returned to me. i severally laid d complaints to konga customer service.they seem not to do anything. some of the orders were shipped out in january and uptill now ve not reached me d merchant. some of them were marked as returned on my platform which ve not reached me. recently d konga staffs ve been calling me to accept new orders made on my store and i told them point blank that i cant ship out new orders since i dont know d whereabout of my undelivered items which is more than 200,000 naira in value. the next thing i saw is that my store is suspended. instead of them fixing my issues. i see this as a heartless decision.

My own advice is that you go to their office and settle the issue as someone has said earlier. I think the problem Konga have is that they always take the returned items to the merchant instead of taking it to their warehouse where the merchant dropped the item so that merchant can go there and collect it.

@Ailen A .your right...i think the best way is to return it to the drop off centre where the merchant dropped the item..the staff at the center calls the merchant to come pick his or her returned item..that way its easy and fast...rather than returning to the merchant's address which takes forever.
A piece of my advice Konga.

I suffered the same fate also. At a point even the konga Managers got involved, yet no success. My items stayed out for over four months. Currently I have two items that I have called and called and emailed, and the only usual reply is, we will get back to you in 48hours. The items have been on return for over two months now. In as much as I understand that the problem is lack of adequate man power in the various departments, it was absolutely wrong for Konga to Suspend a store. If they knew the rules and applied it to shut down a store that wasn't shipping, why not apply the rules also to make sure that every items that wasn't delivered be returned in three days?

    @ Callistus E,

Just take things easy please, i have pending non returned items too, but to be truthful if i have value worth 200k i would put the store on vacation myself and walk to the konga head office to see someone in person, they aren't that bad.... I can imagine what it is to handle so much and lots of unbalanced and missing stuffs. I think that you should quit sending emails if you have that much please go to their head office and let them do something about it before you leave there. We can't gain much through a bitter separation. I wish you luck

Hello All! Am new here but I can see that I have the same unreturned item like everyone else. Mine has not been returned since Dec and I have called customer service repeatedly over this issue and all I keep getting is promises upon promises with none coming thru yet. I really don't know what else to do

@Callistus E, your not shipping orders means you are disappointing some customers. I guess your store was suspended pending when they resolve your issues. They do not want customers to place orders when they know you won't ship. Call your contact there to further escalate your return issues. If they cannot find, they would pay. Although, that takes long sha.

@Callistus, this is why i said two wrongs can never make a right. If you don't fulfill your order you do not only hurt yourself which has just happened but you hurt other merchants, you hurt the platform and ultimate the buyers who is suppose to do repeat business on Konga. When you don't fulfill your order you put us all at risk of losing to competition which is totally unacceptable. Callistus when you draw organogram in your head, where did you put Konga? Konga is king you better recognize (LOL). You will need to apologize to Konga. " Tell them say make them no vex" collect your goods, open your store and continue your business.

@Konga it is very important that you find a lasting solution to these issues. Returned goods are not suppose to become your property. Why allow it lay in your storage endlessly? This remains totally unacceptable. I also have returned goods with you and now they are been yanked from my SHQ platform. I'm i not suppose to see them somewhere? You can create another roll just before returned column so merchant can know the status of his or her returned item and when the merchant receives his or her item then it is moved to returned.

Thank you for always improving the platform.
